Alternative training in Santorini
This class combines elements of callisthenics, weight and circuit training, and it is designed for everyone regardless of whether you’re a pole dancer or not. We work mainly with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and lightweight. These small group classes will focus on helping you reach your individual goals, whether that is to get stronger, leaner or advance quicker at the pole.
Can be taken as a term or as a drop-in class.
What to wear: athletic leisure, indoor training shoes or barefoot.
