Pole Hiit
Take your pole skills to the next level!
Looking to improve your strength and endurance on the pole to make faster progress? Then this class is for you! Join us in this completely new activity on the island of Santorini. High-intensity interval training is a series of bodyweight conditioning exercises with the goal of improving your technique on the pole, and building up your stamina. Class is 45min long including warm-up and cool down but be sure, it’s all the time you will need.
Burn those calories to the ground, build muscle all over the body and all that while having fun!
Classes available as term or drop in.
What to wear: to perform best in this class, please wear shorts, no jewellery and no moisturizer for at least 12 hours before class.
