It's a state of mind
In the class, we will be stretching—lengthening and loosening muscles and connective tissues to improve our body's range of motion. Each class will focus on a different area of the body while alternating between different stretching techniques such as active, passive and others. No matter if you are an athlete or simply want a more functional body, our class will help you set and reach your stretch goals to create a better range of mobility and flexibility.
Can be taken as a term or as a drop-in class.
What to wear: we recommend wearing layers to this class to keep your body warm as you stretch.
